I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the customer service experience I had during my recent stay.Describing the staff as “friendly and helpful” would be a significant understatement based on my interaction with Michael at the front desk. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. After needing to cancel my original reservation and rebook it under my husband’s name, we encountered unnecessary difficulty during check-in. Despite having completed the required changes, Michael continued to give us a hard time, making what should have been a simple process unnecessarily stressful. At no point did the interaction feel accommodating or solution-oriented. In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced such resistance during a standard check-in process. Customer service should aim to assist and resolve concerns efficiently, not create additional frustration.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this matter and any steps that may be taken to address it.
Beautiful room, but most importantly the customer service was unbelievably outstanding!! Bonita provided exceptional customer service that you don’t normally see these days! She went above and beyond, and for that I will always book with this hotel!
If you’re booking this hotel because it has a pool, I would recommend staying somewhere else. When we checked in around 5:00 p.m., I asked about the pool hours and was told the pool was closed because it had just been cleaned. Later, at 8:00 p.m., after I asked about receiving a partial refund since the pool was unavailable, we were told we could finally use it. However, the condition of the pool at that time was unacceptable, as shown in the photos I took at 8:00 p.m.The following morning, the pool was still in poor condition, and I took additional photos to document it. It was disappointing that the advertised amenity wasn’t properly maintained or available when we expected to use it.
The initial greeting that I received was amazing the front desk staff greeted me with positive energy and welcoming spirit. The room could use to TLC, lukewarm shower water (contacted the front desk but no one came to correct the issue). It was not until I ran into an issue that needed leadership support is when I ran into lack of professionalism and dismissive customer service from the Front Desk Supervisor. It was simple fix that was met with extreme attitude and lack of support and understanding. I wish the supervisor was able to take note from the other front desk agents and their approach. I strongly urge the GM and other higher leadership to look into this and correct the issue before it spiral.
Great location… not so great experience. I forgot I was staying at a Marriott because of how terrible things were. There was only one working elevator. Room service comes even if you have the do not disturb sign on. Also, when they cleaned they didn’t replace the towels or hand soaps. I called down to see if they could bring us a set of towels since we didn’t have any and she said she could not come up. The main lights in the room didn’t work, only the lamps worked. The refrigerator also didn’t work. Overall a terrible stay.
I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. We arrived for check-in with a confirmed reservation and confirmation number, expecting a smooth process after traveling. However, the front desk informed us that while their system showed rooms as vacant, those same rooms were actually occupied when physically checked. We were then asked to wait while they tried to sort things out. After waiting for quite some time, we were told that this issue had been going on for three days. It’s extremely disappointing that management is aware of such a major system problem but is not informing guests in advance. Instead, people who are tired from traveling are left standing around for an hour or more with no clear resolution. This is unacceptable customer service. Proper communication and basic organization are the bare minimum in hospitality, and this experience fell far short.
Very pretty hotel, and the lady at the front desk was awesome. However, teenagers running up and down hallways, slamming doors all night, even after I called front desk and gave them the room number it was coming from, got old real quick. No hot water after letting shower run for 10 minutes, was the final straw. Will never come back to this place. I would advise anyone looking for a good nights sleep, go find another place. If you are lookin for a place to dump your 12 kids out and let em run wild, this place is evidently for you. Enjoy!
The double bed room with a sofa bed is spacious, clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are cookies available upon check-in.
I stayed here for a work trip from Sunday through Saturday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience, particularly with housekeeping and overall service consistency.Housekeeping was expected every other day, but after checking in on Sunday, my room was not serviced until Thursday. When housekeeping did not come on Tuesday, I reached out through the app and the front desk kindly sent up towels, which I appreciated. However, I would have expected housekeeping to follow up the next day to stay on schedule, but that did not happen.By Wednesday evening and again on Thursday, I had to speak directly with the front desk to finally have the room serviced. Over the course of a six-night stay, housekeeping only came once, which is well below expectations.Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service for the entire duration of my stay, which made getting around less convenient.I chose this property expecting a level of consistency associated with Marriott, but this experience fell short. For future work trips, I will likely choose a different location.
Continental breakfast provided, very friendly staff, dog friendly, clean, plenty of parking but pay dailyHotel is currently under renovation (March 2026) only one elevator was functioning- understandableOur room bathroom had a couple issues - the bathroom has a barn style sliding door, it did not close all the way, there was at least an inch or two gap because it dragged on the floor. We also needed maintenance to come fix our shower sliding door - the rollers for the shower door did not work and the shower door was removed from the rail by housekeeping - maintenance team was very quick and friendly - issue was solved
