My boyfriend found this place and surprised me for my birthday! This was such a special experience and the food was DELICIOUS. Steaks were cooked PERFECTLY. The attentiveness to our needs was always on point. Our server, Alex, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! We truly enjoyed every bit of this meal from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back here in the future. Shoutout to the chefs - they know exactly what they’re doing.

Service and atmosphere are great. The food however is not. The steak was possibly the worst I’ve ever had in my life. The outside was burnt, the meat had a weird taste and zero seasoning. I had about 4 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. In fact, none of the food/sides tasted like they had been seasoned at all. The service was excellent but we will not be back. To charge the same prices as a place like Hal’s is laughable.

Our favorite neighborhood steakhouse. Tonight had the bolognese for the first time. I've been coming here since Kaiser's opened and I always have steak but tonight I walked on the wild side. The bolognese is sublime. My wife and I split an 8oz filet and the bolognese. Ryan the mgr picked out an outstanding Super Tuscan for our Italian themed meal. Palmer behind the bar kept our glasses full. Palmer and Derek (my wife says he looks like Travis Kelley) are a super team. We ran into Fernando while out and about today and he said he missed us. It's people like Fernando, Ryan, Bo, Palmer and Derek (and many I haven't named) that make Kaiser's Steakhouse feel like home.

super disappointed with my experience here, was excited to try the food and had heard wonderful things but my experience was very different. The drinks were good but the problem was the food. We planned to just start with an appetizer and then order entrees but upon getting our appetizer which was the bacon, there were several small hairs in it. It looked as if the kitchen dropped it and just put it back on the plate. Very gross and we opted to close out and eat somewhere else.

Had an excellent experience at Kaiser’s Chophouse. From the service to the atmosphere, everything was top tier. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the sides and drinks were outstanding, and the attention to detail really stood out. You can tell they take pride in creating a high-end dining experience without making it feel overly formal. Definitely one of the best steakhouses in the Sandy Springs area and a spot I’ll continue coming back to.

I’m a native Atlantan and I’ve dined at Bones and Marcel’s, which are very good, and I currently reside in Washington DC, which has some of the best steak houses in the country where Senators and Foreign Dignitaries flock to dine, but I recently dined at Kaiser’s Chop in Sandy Springs North Atlanta, and it was the best steak house I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to hundreds of Steak Houses from DC to NY & LA and ATL). I’m not sure what happened to Shirley & Cheri, but their odd low ratings are “outliers” among multiple 4 & 5 star ratings? I suspect they didn’t like the price tag, (but prices are bery similar to all prime steak houses). I rate Kaiser’s as a 5+ and well worth the price tag, but if you’re looking for low cost steak, then go to Outback!

I’ve been to Kaisers twice and truly enjoy it so much. Complimentary valet is great because parking is tight. From there the hosts were fantastic as was our server. I ordered a ribeye and the mashed potatoes as well as broccolini. They weren’t very seasoned, but a little salt and pepper at the table helped. The steak was perfect and my cocktail too. Overall there are many things in the menu I’d like to try, and I will definitely be back again.

This place is amazing. The server Michael was impeccable. Food was delicious. Ambiance was perfect to celebrate me and my husband's birthday. Look forward to going back soon.

We had a dinner reservation for a party of 2 at 7:00 pm on Thursday, 3/6/25. Complementary valet. We were celebrating a birthday, and they definitely made it special! The host who seated us and our waiter wished us a happy birthday. The free cheesy bread was good, but I wish it was warm! I could’ve done without the everything-seasoned crackers though. We shared 2 appetizers, we each got our own steak, and we shared 3 sides. We had some leftovers! Here’s what we got:- Scallop Appetizer (special, $22): Very good!- Burrata with Prosciutto (special, $15): I wish the burrata was richer, but it wasn’t bad!- Barrel Cut Beef Filet, 6 oz. ($45): Had a nice char on it, but I would’ve appreciated seasoning.- Spinalis, Ribeye Cap (special, $72): Same as above.- Roasted Brussels Sprouts ($10): Very oily; tasted good, but too much oil for our liking.- Truffled Potato Gratin ($10): Fine.- Big Elbow Mac & Cheese ($10): This was our favorite side; super good!!- Warm Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie for 2 (normally $12, but on the house as a birthday treat): OMG, still dreaming of this; absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Michael, was amazing! When he gave us the dessert menu, he said, “We would love if yo would indulge us and let us treat you to a dessert of your choice.” I really appreciated this because it took the guessing out of if they would comp the dessert or not and we got to choose the one we wanted!! All-star service.Overall, good food, great service. Good for date night, celebrating special occasions, and for large meat-eating groups. We’d go back!

I'm glad someone recommended this place to us. I had no idea it was even there. My husband took me out for my birthday. We made reservations, but needed to push them back about 40 minutes. They easily accommodated our request. Valeting was easy. We had a great seat. The food and drinks were phenomenal. Dessert was stellar. The only not so great thing was that it was really dark inside. But aside from that... it was perfect.
