Does WiserMap require a monthly or yearly subscription?
No monthly or yearly subscription is required for your business profile tools. Products, services, menus, FAQs, amenities, team and employee tools, review links, and analytics are free to use. Appointments remain an optional paid add-on, and advertising campaigns are purchased separately.
Is it free?
Yes. Adding or claiming your business, updating your profile and replying to reviews are free. Your profile includes all business tools at no cost. Appointments remain a separate optional monthly add-on, and advertising campaigns are purchased separately.
Can I remove a bad review?
No, owners can’t edit or remove customer reviews. You can reply in public, and if a review breaks our review policy, report it and our team will look at it.
Who sees my bookings?
Bookings go to your dashboard and to the customer. You choose which details customers have to give when they book.
