Guidelines for authentic and constructive reviews
All reviews must be based on genuine experiences with the business. Fake reviews, incentivized reviews, or reviews from business owners about their own businesses are strictly prohibited.
Reviews should focus on the business experience, not personal attacks on staff or owners. Discriminatory language, harassment, or threatening behavior will result in immediate removal.
We use advanced AI and human moderation to detect fraudulent reviews and maintain platform integrity. Suspicious patterns are investigated thoroughly.
Users can report reviews that violate our policies. All reports are investigated within 48 hours.
Violations may result in review removal, account suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.
Community standards and content guidelines
Reviews and business profiles cannot be used for unauthorized advertising or promotional purposes unrelated to the business being reviewed.
Violations are addressed through content removal, account warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans based on severity and frequency.
Business owners, authorized representatives, and community members can suggest edits. All changes are reviewed before publication.
Business owners can claim their listing by verifying ownership through phone, email, or document verification.

Businesses cannot remove legitimate negative reviews. Only reviews that violate our policies can be removed through our reporting process.
Use the "Report" button on any review. Provide specific details about why you believe the review violates our policies.
All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. Violating content is removed, and repeat offenders may face account restrictions.
We're protected under Section 230 for user-generated content but actively moderate to maintain platform quality and safety.
