Had a great experience with this company. Matt was the sales guy who helped me understand the process. Shannon did the installation and kept me informed of the steps he was taking. Stephanie in the office was helpful with scheduling and Ryan came at the end for the inspection. Everyone was professional and worked with me through the process. J.D. - the owner- even stopped by to say hello. I will recommend this company to others. Good job guys!

We had an excellent experience with Cool Change. After our heating unit stopped working overnight, Tiffany quickly got us scheduled for same-day service. She was friendly, helpful, and kept us informed throughout the day. Ryan, our technician, was outstanding. He promptly diagnosed the issue, fully explained the options, and fixed the problem quickly. It was clear that Ryan was very experienced and knowledgeable, and he had our heat back on in no time. We’re very grateful to the Cool Change team and will definitely use them again for our heating and air needs.

Everyone we dealt with at the company was friendly and professional, but our tech Ryan was AWESOME. He was personable, punctual, thorough, and went above and beyond to solve our problem; opting for a cheaper fix that was more manual labor versus pushing for the expensive band-aid solution. He was also super transparent-- explained everything he did as he worked, and I really felt included in the process. He even gave us great advice about how to keep the unit operating and performing better going forward. Best tech service we've ever had! Five stars!

He jumped into action right away and quickly identified the problem. Ryan clearly explained everything he observed and outlined exactly what he would do to fix the issue.
