Tyler Nguyen with Santa Air is great to work with. He has been my technician for a few years now. I always look forward to him coming twice a year to complete my HVAC maintenance. He is so helpful, thorough, and explains to me anything I may need to do to my system to keep it running great in a way I can understand.

Needed wiring repair for heat pump unit. Company sent tech out within 2 hours. Work completed same day! Great service and great tech. Explained all his work so I knew what my options were and what he was doing to solve the problem. Would definitely recommend!

Tyler was extremely helpful in coming out quickly to help fix our heat among this record cold temperatures. He arrived early, and quickly identified the problem and had all the parts on hand already to fix it! After the fix he explained in detail what the issue was, and gave us tips on how to keep our HVAC system healthy to prevent the issue from occurring again. He was very kind, and again we are so grateful for the prompt help we received when our heat went out during this winter storm.

Tyler from SantaAir was fantastic. He arrived on time, was friendly, honest, and extremely thorough. He checked my HVAC system, did a quick tune‑up, and didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. He also reviewed other work for code issues and used his experience to put my concerns at ease. I’d gladly hire SantaAir again.
