Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Hartford

Genesis and Noe were 100% exceptional. I found Voda via google when I was looking for a carpet cleaner in our area. Small space (1000 sq. Ft). Was hoping to put off a much more expensive carpet replacement for a few more years. Genesis spent 20 minutes answering all of my questions. She was so good that I found myself reflecting on her amazing customer service after the call. She was seriously the best rep I’ve interacted with in years. Noe was the tech who came over the following week to do the work. He was all business with a smile. Answered all of our questions and then executed on the work. Incredible job. Carpet looks 10 years younger. We did it ourselves a few times but their machines and expertise are waaaaay better. Oh, and they are cheaper than the competition.

Scheduled an appointment for this morning to have my upstairs bedroom, carpets, and hallway cleaned with Voda cleaning and restoration of Hartford. First time customer and was very pleased more than pleased with the Customer Service the interaction with the office and the technician or beyond anything I’ve experienced in a very long time not your typical carpet cleaning company and on top of it. The carpet turned out far better than I would’ve ever expected seeing that the original carpets Wall-to-wall from when the house was built in 97 and I’d recommend them to anyone that’s looking for polite service, professional cleaning, and it just was a very good experience. I will definitely use them again!.

Genesis and Noe We’re extremely helpful. They were ready to come out right away, even after hours. They surveyed my kitchen, checked the basement for any lingering potential damage and even scan the floors with thermal imaging guns. They were very respectful of the space and both efficient and effective. The results provided by Voda were exactly what I anticipated. More importantly, we did not have to rip up our flooring or need to provide extensive repairs in any way. I appreciate how thorough, responsive and professional every member of the team has been throughout the entire process.

I can only rave about the job that Noe did cleaning my tile and grout (350 sq ft). My floors look great, he was prompt, and provided both great customer service and communication. Genesis was both professional and personable assisting me with scheduling, and answered all of my questions. It was an exceptional experience start to finish. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future when needed.
