ADU Water Fire Mold Storm

Jen Evans with ADU returned my text practically immediately. She answered my initial questions about what was happening Then gave me a soft handoff to Tracy For the next step of the process. Tracy with ADU was cordial, helpful, and informative about the process to get an estimate and repair scheduled on some water damage. She answered my questions and told me what to expect. If the rest of the process works as well as the beginning then I'm in good hands for this repair. Ben from ADU came and did my estimate inspection. He answered my questions and told me more of what to expect giving me best and worst case scenarios. Thankfully he educated me on the process and what was happening inside my walls and what might be required for the fix. Ben gave me more information about the company ADU and what kind of different trades are responsible for various parts of damages and concerns and issues with a home. I appreciated the time that he took. He was personable and helpful. I'm assuming that he knew what to do with the equipment that he was using to assess the damage. The inspection was done on a Friday afternoon so I haven't heard about the estimate yet. Fingers crossed for the next step of the process!!

Tracy was very helpful. This is such an unpleasant experience to say the least and she made me feel at ease and was very helpful. She got me an appt same day which is helping me tremendously. It’s an overwhelming and stressful situation.

Our HVAC clogged causing our drip pan to over flow and cause damage to our ceiling. I could not have asked for a better team. Thank you Arthur, Jacob, and Aisha for taking such great care of my home during this frustrating time.

Can't say enough good things about Marcus and his team. They were able to be at my home only hours after my call to be able to evaluate the problem and to begin work on removing the water from my crawl space and start to remove the moisture from my hard wood floors. Marcus and his team were about getting the job done in a professional and efficient manner but all the time courteous and keeping me informed and comfortable about the process.
