A few months ago I had a water problem in my condo. W&K was able to assist after hours & assisted with removing! They were so pleasant to work with, responded quickly! I would highly recommend to anyone in a pinch!

W & K Restoration was the right call for my mother's condo renovation. The team was prompt, attentive and went beyond expectation in many instances. Being remote while working with the team was a breeze. Mike, the lead on this project, in particular, was just great and really took initiative with every task and custom request. I highly recommend W & K for any remodeling project you may need.

Picture this: It’s the day after Labor Day—the first day of school. You wake up at 6:30am, stumble into the kitchen, and see water pouring out of your ceiling light fixture and flooding the floor. Upstairs, your wife goes to shower and ends up sliding through a massive puddle in the bathroom. That’s when reality hits: the toilet tank seal failed sometime overnight, and water has been quietly leaking for hours—through the bathroom, into the kitchen, and all the way down to your finished basement. That was us—and the moment everything shifted from hypothetical to real-life chaos. In the middle of taking “first day of school” photos, we called W&K around 7:30am. Eamon, one of their experienced project managers, was at our house by 8:15. Mind you, this is the day after Labor Day. Within a couple of hours, their emergency remediation team arrived and got everything under control—fast. They prevented the situation from spiraling into something far worse: no further water creep, no time for mold to develop, and most importantly - no additional impact to our family. What truly set W&K apart, though, was everything that came next. Our insurance experience was… rough. Slow (and sometimes nonexistent) communication, unclear explanations, poor service, and three different insurance adjusters over six weeks. Through all of it, W&K was the steady hand. They were supportive, responsive, patient, and consistently professional—guiding us whenever we hit roadblocks or confusion. This was our first-ever homeowners claim, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the W&K team. Working with Eamon, Alyssa, and their excellent contractors (special thanks to Joe) was a blessing during an undeniably stressful start to the school year. W&K brought clarity, craftsmanship, and genuine care to every step of the process. Our home is back and even better than before—and we’re grateful to W&K for getting us there. If you ever find yourself facing an unexpected home emergency, call them. Exceptional people, outstanding service. We can’t recommend them enough.
