Good services, but waiting time is too much.

Service is excellent. But it was very disturbing to know that Toyota and all other brands give Rs 24,000 (no bonus just medical) to their workshop servicemen in 2025. 😡. They charge us extremely high for the labour expenses but don't give right salaries. This is slavery.

Unfortunately, my experience with Toyota Multan Motors was disappointing. Lack of communication, unengaged staff, and poor follow-up made the service process frustrating. Rating: 1/5 stars

Well located outlet, courteous staff skilled labour.... Only observation is cramped space which creates rush rest every thing well done, personally thankful to Mr junaid(Manger services) who is very forthcoming.

Honest Review of Toyota Multan Motors ⭐⭐ I recently availed the free service voucher book that I received from one of their salespersons at a mall. The overall cost was around Rs. 4,000 (voucher + service charges), which was reasonable. However, my actual experience with Toyota Multan Motors was a mix of positives and very serious negatives. ⸻ 📞 Booking & Communication (Unprofessional) • Their WhatsApp and phone response was extremely poor. • On 10th September, I called for service booking — my calls went unanswered, and I had to try multiple times. • Eventually, I was told to just send details on WhatsApp. They confirmed my booking very casually, without any professionalism. ⸻ 🛠️ Service Day (11th September, Thursday) • I reached around 10:40 AM. My car (Honda City 1.3, 2019 model) was taken in. • Documentation was handled properly, and the car was handed to staff member Junaid, who was excellent in his behavior and professionalism. • Unfortunately, another staff member messed up badly by wrongly reconnecting pipes (petrol with water, etc.). This shows serious lack of technical training. • Thankfully, senior staff noticed and solved the issue politely and professionally — I appreciate their attitude. ⸻ 👨‍🔧 Technical Knowledge (Very Weak) • During computer diagnostics, my ABS brake fault was simply “cleared” instead of being properly resolved. • Staff lacked knowledge of interpreting computer results. Instead of explaining, they dismissed faults as “nothing.” • This is dangerous for customers — it shows lack of trained, educated technicians. ⸻ 🔧 Mechanical Adjustments • Door adjustment was nothing more than greasing and lock refitting — no proper 3-step adjustment was done. • When I asked about it, the mechanic openly admitted he didn’t know how to handle it. ⸻ 🚗 Wheel Alignment & Polishing • Wheel alignment was done professionally but staff were unfriendly. • Polishing service was confusing: first they said they don’t provide it, then offered only interior polish, then after back-and-forth offered “discounts.” This inconsistency shows mismanagement. • At the washing bay, staff behaved unethically and casually — not attentive to customer instructions. ⸻ ☕ Customer Engagement (Good) • One positive: customer protocol was nice. I was offered tea/water, asked to sit in the waiting area, and treated respectfully in front of seniors. • Irfan (the person charging payments) was polite but very serious, not customer-friendly. ⸻ ✅ Summary Toyota Multan Motors has good senior staff, nice customer protocol, and a few excellent individuals like Junaid. But unfortunately, their frontline service staff is untrained, careless, and technically weak, which creates risks for customers’ cars. For a brand like Toyota, I expected professionalism, technical expertise, and consistent service quality. Sadly, I experienced: • Poor booking system • Untrained mechanics • Careless handling of diagnostics and adjustments Unless these issues are fixed with proper training, accountability, and management oversight, I cannot recommend them confidently. ⭐ My Rating: 2.5 / 5
