Honda Multan

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Honda showroom in Multan, particularly with Mr. Asif Butt, the Regional Manager. His attitude towards customers is highly unprofessional and dismissive. Despite making a full upfront payment, I was treated with arrogance and disrespect throughout the process. What’s more concerning is that his behavior seems to reflect across the entire sales team—they appear poorly trained in customer service and completely indifferent to customer satisfaction. Instead of guiding and assisting, they talk down to customers and make you feel like you're a burden, not a valued client. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting and smooth experience, but this dealership made it stressful and unpleasant. I strongly advise others to consider alternative showrooms or dealerships where customer service is taken seriously. Respect and professionalism should never be optional—especially when customers are investing their hard-earned money.

It is a newly built set up. Overall, it was a good experience. Sitting arrangements is good but can be improved further.

I am really disappointed with my recent experience at Honda Multan. I had expected a professional and customer-friendly service center, but unfortunately, what I encountered was far from it. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, and the way they dealt with customers felt more like a local roadside mechanic (“mistri”) rather than an authorized Honda dealership. One of my main concerns was the pricing. Both the spare parts and the service charges were extremely high compared to market rates, and the value provided did not justify the cost. I understand that authorized dealerships often charge more due to original parts and trained staff, but here, the quality of service and professionalism did not match the premium prices they demanded. I went there hoping to get clear guidance and reliable solutions, but I did not feel confident in their approach or the way they handled my vehicle. There was no sense of transparency, and I left feeling unsatisfied and overcharged. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Honda Multan to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional service. Unfortunately, I will never go there again.

I had a great experience at the Honda Service Center! The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They did an excellent job with the alignment of my car and even performed a road test drive before completing the procedure to make sure everything was perfect. The car now drives smoothly, and I’m really satisfied with their service. Great customer care — highly recommended!
