It was good... I went for car wash today ... I had to wait because it was Sunday and afternoon of Ramadan. Staff are well mannered and helping.

There is also biggest car maintenance service facilty available on very suitable rates. They give quality of work with reasonable price rates as per my experience.

Below average services, the gatekeeper pretends and act like he's the owner of showroom. At there reception four employees weren't even aware of the price of spare parts that I asked, giving a unsatisfactory response that the person who knows the prices is out for now. Had to return without any proper solution.

Suzuki South Punjab is one of the most disappointing service centers I’ve dealt with. Every single time I leave my car with them, it comes back worse. After a normal tuning, I’ve had my wind wipers left loose, my back camera broken, and even the handbrake start malfunctioning issues that never existed before. Instead of improving the car, they create new problems. On top of that, their focus seems to be on selling “packages” rather than actually doing proper maintenance. And when you give them genuine feedback about the poor service, the staff just laughs it off casually, as if the customer’s concern doesn’t matter. This kind of careless and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicles with them.

South punjab motors customer service is good, although the prices for tuning, oil change etc are high as compared to any other place from where you can get the same things done. Mr Kashif is a very nice person, he always find pleasure in helping, guiding and answering your queries. Meanwhile your car is getting ready you can sit and relax in a temperature controlled environment.
