Honestly we had very wonderful experience, very reasonable charges. neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. safe environment. hotel staff is so cooperative and polite. lift is available . hot water available. have awesome mountains views. it is located in the center of the city so every type of food shops and shopping centers are nearby. highly recommended.

Stargaze Hotel and Apartment has one of the worst management teams I have ever encountered. I had booked this hotel almost a week before my arrival through Booking.com. Leading up to my stay, they repeatedly asked me, "Sir, are you coming? Are you coming?" While I initially appreciated their concern for my arrival, what happened next was shocking. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist and two other staff members started packing their bags and told me, "Sir, we are closing for the month of Ramadan." I was stunned and asked, "Why didn’t you inform me beforehand? What if I had come with my family? Where would we go?" Their response was completely unprofessional. They claimed that people had been making bookings but not showing up—an excuse that made no sense. This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

"Would I recommend? Absolutely NOT!" Avoid at All Costs! "Royal Room" Nightmare If Why? so,Here is a story My stay in the "Royal Room" was a complete disappointment. I skipped standard room for comfort and pay moor however.... The management failed on every level: 1. Filthy bathroom with dirty tiles - when complained, manager shockingly said, "How can we clean? We tried but can't." 2. No generator despite assurance of backup power - entire night without electricity 3.Missing basics: no soap/towels unless demanded 4. Disgusting linens: stained bedsheets and dirty blue-stained used towels 5. Pest infestation: cockroaches and red flies everywhere (photos attached) 6. Broken elevator forced me to use stairs repeatedly despite knee pain with rest on each floor 7. Shockingly unhygienic with open sealed water bottles, flies mud nests, and cracked walls. "Do not book here" unless you want to risk your health and comfort. "Zero stars if possible!" [Photos of all issues attached]

Manager was very Cooperative.. I booked room one day ago on call.. Due to car mechanical issue, we got late and arrived at 03:30 AM, but still he was avail and accomadated us... Outside hotel there is small restaurant... You can eat there... I am very much satisfied.... Rooms are in different categories... Lowest one was 3000...It was justified according to price... Recommended

We stayed at this hotel with my husband after a long drive, as it was the only option we found on the way — and honestly, it was a terrible experience! The rooms were filthy, there were constant light issues, the washroom was extremely dirty, and there was absolutely no service. No one even answered our calls for help. The AC wasn’t working either. But that wasn’t even the worst part! When we contacted the manager to complain, he shockingly said, “Your number seems international, I’m suspicious — send me your passport and visa!” He kept insisting again and again, making me really uncomfortable and scared. When I asked for the reason, he gave no explanation — just kept demanding my documents like a complete lunatic. I wanted to check out immediately, but my husband said we should manage for the night and leave in the morning. Out of fear and frustration, I ended up sending the documents. This kind of disgusting behavior and unprofessionalism is beyond words. The staff has zero manners, and the manager’s attitude was absolutely creepy. Clearly, no international guests ever stay here — probably because the hotel is that filthy. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone!
