Hotel One Abbottabad

We recently concluded a four-day training workshop at Hotel One Abbottabad, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The facilities were outstanding—the training hall was well-equipped and created a perfect learning environment, while the food served was consistently delicious and offered great variety. What truly set our experience apart was the impeccable service. We want to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Ms. Kainat Kazmi and Mr. Shahid. They managed all our arrangements with remarkable professionalism and attention to detail. Their proactive support ensured that our event ran seamlessly, and they handled every request with efficiency and a positive attitude. We highly recommend Hotel One Abbottabad for any corporate or professional gatherings. We look forward to hosting future events here.

It would be necessary to replace towels to new ones periodically, do vacuum clean on room floor at least twice a day, and change bed sheets at least twice a day. It would be good if there is rice option for breakfast buffet. Returning laundry takes too long. END

We had meeting in hotel one Abbottabad and it was great food service front office to f&b they all were generous, especially ms kainat and mr shahid mr usman and mr faizan. We will definitely come back.

Its on main location but it really need to work on theit quality. The rooms and washroom need more cleaning. I spend few days but the breakfast mean were the same and the food quality really need improvement because every day same menu.
