Honestly, beautifully decorated and a great place to have a family dinner but the food just isn’t worth the price. It’s decent, not bad at all but doesn’t justify the price

I recently visited Spice Bazaar for their iftar buffet, and as someone who is usually not fond of iftar due to the lack of flavorful options, I must say this experience exceeded my expectations. Choosing Spice Bazaar turned out to be one of my best decisions. The iftar menu was well-curated and included dates, pakoras, shami kebabs, fruit chaat, dahi bhalay, and crispy chicken pieces. The serving was generous, and the staff ensured regular refills, which enhanced the overall experience. For beverages, they offered lemonade and a sweet drink, which complemented the meal well. Once the buffet opened, I particularly enjoyed the mutton karahi, quail (bater), lamb, and rice mandi. The menu also featured various kebabs, Haleem, rice dishes, a selection of fresh salads, and an assortment of delicious desserts. The falooda is a must-try, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. To conclude the meal, they served green tea or regular tea based on preference, adding a refreshing touch. The iftar buffet was available until 7:45 PM, priced at 6200 PKR per person. Guests with specific debit or credit cards, such as HBL Platinum, could avail up to a 40% discount. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a delightful dining experience overall.

We visited Spice Bazaar for the first time for dinner on Saturday. We were a walk-in, but there were plenty of seats and we were seated without waiting. It seemed like most people were there for family celebrations. We ordered cheese naan, kebab, and mutton karahi. The staff were polite and helpful. The food was delicious, but the kebab and karahi were too spicy for us and we couldn't finish them all. I guess Pakistanis find it mild and enjoyable. Maybe we just need to get used to the spiciness a bit more...

We reserved for family high tea at the restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Food was fresh and flavorful with fish cheese balls making room in my heart with every bite. The downside was the service. It was still half an hour to the end of session but the waiter pressured people at table to get tea because time was closing in and they might not serve it again. 20 minutes still left when they started removing smaller plates holding cutlery. It was very irritating and annoying when people at table are still eating and they are doing these things. I would suggest this place to people who don't mind getting treated like this and only wants to try good food. Please improve your time management skills. Increase the gap between slots if you can't mange it. When people pay good money for a 1.5 hour they deserve that time uninterrupted.

Spice Bazaar is an absolute gem on MM Alam Road! While the food is delicious and full of flavor, what truly sets this place apart is the outdoor seating. The ambiance is serene, with beautifully maintained greenery that makes you feel like you’re dining in a hidden garden. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful meal under the open sky — calm, refreshing, and visually stunning. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy great food in a charming environment!
