Freddy's Café

We were extremely disappointed with the food. Taste was below average, nothing special or something that we would want to order again. Not everything needs to be served with rice! Prices were high, so we felt we wasted our money literally. Could have spent the same amount in other restaurants and feel like it was worth it. Drinks were great - ordered Pina colada and ice peach tea. Service and portions were good.

Disappointing Experience 😞 We went to Freddy's Café for Hi-Tea, expecting a premium experience at Rs. 2,666.00 per person. Unfortunately, it fell far short. The food variety was limited, chaat was almost empty (see pics), there were no drinks offered, and the service was lacking — no one cleared our plates, or provided napkins, or even offered water until we specifically asked. What’s more concerning is their continued use of PepsiCo products, including bottled water, despite growing awareness and calls for boycotts (due to killings of Muslims). When we asked the manager for alternative water options, there were none available. We spent Rs. 16,000.00 in total and left deeply dissatisfied. I will not be returning to Freddy's Café and do not recommend it.

To me Freddy's truly fits the definition of a cool cafe where one can spend time with friends, family and date in a cosy environment. This time I visited this place along with colleagues for a Sunday lunch. We ordered Thai chicken soup, sweet and sour soup, badakhshi boti, Afghani seekh kabab, Gouda stuffed chicken, chicken pepper steak, fish and chips, tea and some cold drinks. Never been a fan of soups so skipped it. BBQ was good. I had ordered fish and chips, and loved it. Ended the lunch with tea. Some beautiful moments spent at this place with excellent food and service. Some banks offer up to 40% discount on premium and platinum cards.

Not a good experience. So we had plan after many recommendations to visit Freddy's . We ordered starter n it hair in it. Then main course also had hair..... Rest of the food was fine but how could you be so careless with serving such food. Won't visit ever again 😕 Not recommended from my end at all.
