Let me start off by saying the amount of care and love they put into the work they do is already worthy of 5 stars. I called into the store at 1/10/2026 about my switch that displayed the error code 2101-0001. Leo was extremely professional informing me of the issue and offering a fair solution. I brought it to the store not expecting it to be done the same day and they exceeded my expectations. His wife Angelica was extremely nice and welcoming and the entire vibe of the store made me feel like my switch was in good hands. I received my switch on the same day, within three hours and since I’ve gotten it back it’s been smooth. If you need any repairs done just know your device is in good hands and will be well cared for. Highly recommend 5⭐️

I had multiple old Nintendo handhelds that needed repairs (two DS lites and two new 3ds XLs). These were completed quickly and professionally. What really piqued my interest was “modernizing” an OG GBA. Leo helped me select the shell of my choice, then continued to also add in a rechargeable battery with a USB-C port and a new IPS screen. It turned out beautifully! See the pictures for before and after to see how wonderfully this turned out. I fully expect to come back with another of my OG GBAs to get another modernization with maybe a pokemon or Zelda shell. Had my xbox one x go down with some kind of power issue on thursday night. I took it with me to work on Friday and dropped it off at about 3:30pm. I got a quote, agreed to the extremely fair price and left it with them. Got a text about 2 hours later saying it was done and ready to pick up. Awesome service, cool store and great people. Would recommend to anyone with console or pc problems.

Walked in looking to get my PS5 fix, unfortunately I wasn't able to. Pick up some retro games tho, went back home and played my Xbox 360. Will be visiting again super friendly place. I highly recommend checking them out not to many places like this in Northside. Support local businesses.

These people are AWESOME!!The experience is well appreciated for fixing my son’s ps5 but the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! Will bring everything technical electronic to them..thanks
