Fort Worth iPhone Repairs

Very fast service but the screens used to replace are cheap and fragile. I’ve had my screen replaced 3 times this month. 2 of those times, it cracked in my pocket. Did not touch anything but my keys, hadn’t even taken my phone out today until 10 minutes ago and surprise surprise, I’ve got a shattered screen again. It’s not fallen once, it’s not even so much as scraped metal, and yet it’s got a massive crack, pretty much identical to the last. I’ve never had this happen with screens from any other repair shop, and he won’t cover repairs on warranty if the screen is cracked, even if it isn’t due to user error. I personally would not recommend this place. You’ll be back every other day.

HIGHLY recommend this place! The guy (unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name) who was there was super cool and helpful in trying to help me with my teenaged son’s phone. Please know how much I appreciated you!!!

I would avoid this place. The guy working there was so rude. (And believe me, I understand that some customers come in with a bad attitude and it might be tempting to give them attitude back, but I was pleasant-I promise!) He partly fixed my problem. When I came back the next day to explain that it wasn’t working quite right, he acted like I was inconveniencing him, said he could order a specialty part in about a week. I took my phone to Cellular King in La Gran Plaza instead-they were pleasant, fixed my phone on the spot, and mentioned that the previous repair had not been done correctly.

I had a bad experience with this place. I went there to replace the screen and the battery. The “new” battery was not original and had just 75% health. He then said that it was Apple’s fault, that they cheat so that non-original stuff runs badly. So why would you sell that service without letting the costumer know beforehand about this cons? It was almost 100$! The battery was actually worst than the previous one, and he refused to refund me saying that my old original battery was in the thrash. Finally, he told me that we are 4 generations behind and it is what it is. The screen replacement was okay! I guess that’s their flagship. I wouldn’t trust this place for anything else than that.

Great guy, quick to make jokes. Watched tv for like 5min as he repaired my phone. Screen looks amazing as well. Better than the cheap one i had done previously.
