Willian at leather spa did an amazing job on my shoes. I was turned down by cobbler shoe spa saying they can’t fix the mesh bleed from the interior of the shoe. When I called leather spa they said they can do it, once I arrived, Willian had great confidence not only that he can clean it, but make it look brand new. I was very impressed by results.

I do not trust any company in this world to touch my leather goods! Please ask for Josephine, she helped us out and she was amazing. From the education of how my items will be fixed to the amount of care she had explaining the process my items will go under. Leather spa will always be my go-to!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I live in Virginia, so I was a little anxious about mailing my shoes all the way to New York, but based on their reputation and what I saw on Instagram, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. I sent three pairs of shoes, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding. I worked with Ruben, and he was absolutely amazing—very professional, responsive, and detailed. He answered all my questions, explained the process clearly, and always responded quickly to calls and messages. I felt informed and reassured the entire time. They kept me updated from the moment they received my shoes until they were shipped back, which really put me at ease. When I received them, I was beyond impressed. My shoes looked brand new—beautifully repaired, soles replaced, and thoroughly cleaned and maintained. They truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve tried repair places locally in Virginia, and honestly, I wasn’t happy with the service or the results, even though the pricing was similar. This experience was on a completely different level. I will definitely be sending more items in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone. Even if you’re out of state, it’s 100% worth shipping your items to them.
