This is the place to go for anything shoes! The owners are super sweet and are really nice! Anytime I can find something I need for my shoes (like adding taps to work shoes so that the heels don’t wear out or insert new memory foam soles or stretch out some tight work shoes) I make sure to give them the business. (As should you) Highly recommended to my friends, family, co-workers and you!

A legend for the couple from Greece, apprentice for shoe repair from 12 years old, as the age of 87 years young, they have been there for the day by day life together. The lady told me " Be healthy and no problem, this is most important!" Best wishes for them !

These people are thieves. I brought my Versace $800 heels to them to fix and they blocked me from calling them to follow up with my pick up for my shoes. When I finally spoke to them they said their car got stolen and my shoes were in the car, and then they said that they were stolen from the car wash. And I still have not received my Versace shoes from them. They stole my luxury shoes !!!!!!! Thieves !!!!!!!!

For the lady below that said that she took a pair of Versace heels that were worth $800 to the shoemaker now lady why the what do you take a pair of Versace heels to the shoemaker if they needed repairs you could’ve took them back to Versace they would’ve repaired them and give them to you. That’s what expensive companies do for you Louis Vuitton Versace Gucci, Jimmy choose even coach does that when you buy their product and it somehow you know wars out wears and tears they’ll repair it for you and you’ll pick it up now you know she’s lying when she’s saying all that I just read the comment and I thought that was ridiculous when you’re buying expensive things you go back to the company and they repair them for you. I mean come on lady and you said they blocked you if you’re a customer you can’t just walk in what are they gonna do block you but that doesn’t even make sense for you to say lady if you’re buying expensive stuff they will you bring them back to the company where you bought them from and they repair them for you so stop with the BS

I have been coming here for many years and this place is a true small mom and pop business. They care about customer service and quality of their work. Their prices are more than reasonable and the work is always done quickly. I purchased Frye boots about 10 years ago and I always bring it back every year to have it resoled because its literally the ONLY thing I wear in the fall and winter and summer and I beat it to death. My boots always look brand new and leather gets treated. I hope they never retire.
