The food is so fresh and delicious and healthy. Owned by a small business owner who really cares about the food and patrons. Almost everything is gluten free! Really great experience and highly recommend.

I ordered bowls for a small work meeting. The food was phenomenal and the bowls were ginormous. Everybody loved them so much that we’re ordering them again this coming week for a large meeting with our CEO. Everyone was very impressed with the food, and several employees asked me for the name of the restaurant the following day so that they could also order food from Fresh One when they want a healthy meal.

Had the best experience here! I happened upon it and the service was amazing. The people are so sweet and helped me decide what I wanted. Now my bowl...it was FULL. They do not skimp on the portions. The flavors were super fresh and there are so many combinations you can try! It was also very clean inside, which made it that much better. I wish I lived closer, I'd be here every day.

I just had the most amazing experience at Fresh One Kitchen and I’m so excited to have found my new healthy food spot😍✨From the moment I walked in, the owner, O, was an absolute ray of sunshine🥰He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and took the time to walk me through the entire menu and explain the concept behind everything they offer. You can truly feel the passion and care that goes into this place✨Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the food was fresh, flavorful, and made me feel good after eating it — which is exactly what I’ve been looking for🙏It’s rare to find a place that combines healthy food, genuine hospitality, and such a positive atmosphere all in one. Fresh One has quickly become one of my absolute favorite spots. As someone who’s wanting to start eating healthier, it’s incredibly informative on how each of their ingredients can contribute to the improvement of your overall health. On top of that, the food is DELICIOUS.What makes it the go-to? the staff. Fresh One has the kindest staff and are guaranteed to brighten your day. Thanks for existing and for giving us a healthy place to eat before going to the movies at Springs Cinema and Taphouse!!

First off the owner is the nicest human being you’ll ever meet. Super helpful, kind, and makes the place feel so happy and welcoming. Food is like hybrid chipotle/gusto/cava and they actually give you normal human portions!Outdoor seating is perfect for studying too (free wifi)

This place has become our go‑to whenever we want a meal that’s fresh, clean, and genuinely satisfying. The food is excellent every single time — you can taste the quality and the care. The food was so delicious! Me and my six-year-old stumbled upon this place a few days ago looking for some fresh, tasty, healthy food, and I’m so glad we tried it!We were gonna go to chipotle, but glad we didn’t. You can taste the difference of Fresh One’s food. It’s incomparable. You can tell it’s free from chemicals and additives… It’s just food! My six-year-old, who is a picky eater, loved his sweet potato noodles, chicken, and veggies with teriyaki sauce.I had the sweet potato noodles spicy chicken, loaded with veggies and I didn’t even need a sauce, but the avocado lime dressing was a great addition.The portions are so generous! And I didn’t feel like I was beat over the head with the prices.The only critique I would give, Would be for the restaurant itself… I wasn’t find of the smell walking in and it seems like the AC was broken that day. If it had not been for outdoor seating, I probably wouldn’t have chosen to eat there because of these things. Either way, I’m glad I tried it. We will be back ☺️

Came for the ratings, was not disappointed :). Had the veggie bowl, and was pleasantly surprised by the miso soup - perfect for this weather. Great value for how filling the bowl is. Great energy from who I think was the owner!

This is one of my favorite places! The food tastes amazing and the ingredients are so healthy. There is such a community feel here as people come to eat after going to the gym or local police officers getting a healthy meal before a long shift. I feel so good after meals here and the prices are very reasonable.
