Amazing hidden gem in Mansehra. Food and ambiance was awesome. Location is awesome. Rooftop view is amazing with serene view. Their upcoming facilities like zipline, sky cycle, go cart and other sports seems promising. All attacted pictures with review are real.

We visited this place during Ramadan 2024 for the buffet, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences. The atmosphere was calm and chill, with great vibes all around. At the time, the buffet was quite affordable (not sure about the current pricing), and the food was excellent, they had a lead chef from Karachi who clearly knew what he was doing. Overall, it’s a serene and peaceful place, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing meal in a pleasant environment. Highly recommend it!

IT is a beautiful and a luxurious venue in manshehra near manshehra toll plaza it is very near to Karakorum highway. Capable of hosting various events such as nikkah , mehndi and family gatherings .it's also has a restaurant, mosque and a kids club with various activities it's also has a resorts for families

Rooms are generally good. Reasonable and neat however cleanliness may be improved further. Room sizes are small. Amenities are good Location of rooms is very good and closer to nature. Privacy is ample. Food is very good and seating arrangements are comfortable. Staff is well mannered. Taste of food can be improved further with better chefs though. The location of this resort is outstanding. Beautiful views of the valley especially at sunset makes it a perfect spot for evening tea. It’s famous for photo shoots of newly weds as well. Wedding Halls are very good and there is plenty of parking space available. Rates for wedding halls are on very high end. Beautiful mosque in parking area and small coffee and drinks shop add to the value.

We recently stayed at Hidden Hills Resort in Mansehra and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could use improvement. The location of the resort is truly its standout feature — serene, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The ambiance is calming, and the environment invites relaxation. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone made a genuine effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The variety of food options was impressive, catering to different tastes and preferences, and the quality of meals served was consistently good. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring or simply relaxing around the resort. However, there were a few concerns worth noting. The security guards seemed unaware of the movement of in-house guests, which could be a potential oversight in terms of both security and service. Additionally, we observed housekeeping staff littering right in front of Resort 1, which takes away from the otherwise pristine surroundings. Their living quarters are also located very close to the guest rooms, and their loud conversations during rest hours were disruptive. Moving the staff residences to a more secluded area and reinforcing professional conduct standards would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Hidden Hills Resort offers a beautiful and comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. With a few adjustments in operations and staff management, it has the potential to become one of the top resorts in the region.
