Ordered Rs.780 burger. Grilled chicken was SO HARD. And the burger was average. The chicken was so hard to chew. And the quantity of fries was so disappointing. Salsa fries were not even spicy. Only tangy ketchup taste. And disappointing quantity. Kfc mighty is a MUCH BETTER And delicious option

Ordered burgers in beef (and confirmed it's in beef), only one of them, when arrived, was beef. When called to ask for a replacement minutes after the order was received, we were told it's not possible and that they'll reimburse us NEXT time we order, I kept asking why they couldn't help now but the first guy didn't really explain why he couldn't and just kept apologising. The next guy told me they're out of beef or they would send new burgers. I appreciate that the staff tried but they could have informed us beforehand that beef wasn't available. This wasn't the first time something like this happened either. The staff was apologetic, and the burgers were okay at best but the situation was a hassle and could have been avoided if they just called and informed me they don't have beef.

i ordered Rs.680 burger The lava….i can’t understand why day by day quantity decrease thats so disappointed. Grilled chicken was HARD and the layer of chicken was SOO THIN m juxt attaching a picture for chicken layer. also mozarella stick in burger size decrease. And the overall burger was average. really disappointed.

I thought Gujranwala hasn't anything to offer me in fast burger because what else comes into your mind when you say Gujranwala...."DESI FOOD" But man O man they have the best beef burgers...they are way economical then Hardee's and above par then it. Vibrant music increase your heart beat to sway with every bite. I tried Deckers Signature Beef and highly recommend it.
