Border Sheet Metal and Heating

So my mom hired this company about 20 years ago to put in our heat pump. They did a terrific job. Our heat pump and furnace, AC, everything works great. Their servicemen are friendly, very professional and do excellent work. Their routine service checks are great and we've always appreciated their excellent service. That being said, they outdid themselves in Dec 2025. I was out in my backyard, looking after my dogs, when I saw an entire panel of our heat pump had fallen completely off the device and was laying on the grass. I tried to put it back on, but it was impossible. Long story short, my mother called the company and they got a serviceman out right away. Now mind you, this was 4 in the afternoon of the Friday before Christmas!! The servicemen was literally on the way to their company Christmas party. He came to our house and was friendly and kind and assessed the situation very quickly. He checked our heat pump and no damage had been done. He carefully reinstalled the panel and made sure it had fresh new bolts to hold it in place. (The recent wind storm probably damaged the panel.) I just want to say, THANK YOU for caring so much abou your customers!!!

The Borders staff is always so pleasant, quick to answer the phone, and quick to resolve any issues I might be having. This morning Logan was here to do my annual maintenance. He was so personable, so professional, on time, and even has a very pleasant voice I could hear as he was working on the furnace. I am so thankful for this great company and all who work for them!

During my furnace failure Border Sheet Metal came to the rescue and replace my equipment in a few days. The install crew was on time and very professional. The finished job is professionally done and the crew very customer oriented. Well done Roy Newton
