Andy's Heating and Air Conditioning

I am truly blown away by the service I got from Eric with Andy's heating!! I called to have someone get my heat on again. When he accessed the furnace, he found several issues that needed attention and very efficiently and quickly fixed everything , including checking the roof to make sure everything was secure. He went way beyond just getting me heat again!! Andy's is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and wonderful employee in Eric. I will definitely be calling Andy's again if I ever need any further services, and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!!

We had a problem with our Heat & Glo gas fireplace not working properly. Our appointment time was from 8a to noon. Tim called me about 15mins before he arrived, about 830. Just like they told me he would. Tim was polite and explained the service work he was performing. A little cleaning and a few adjustments later we have a safe and properly functioning fireplace. Thank you Tim and thank you Andy’s for the quick response to our call and the friendly service.

I contacted Andy’s to help me with setting up my heat n’ glow fireplace that was never done correctly on the new construction phase of our residence. Andy’s was super helpful and had a technician out the next day after I stopped in to their shop and explained my situation. Terrific Service! Tim our tech was a great help and even installed the fan and remote that were never set-up. Appreciated the great assistance!

I had a excellent experience with Ted my salesperson and Adam and Carter my installers. Ted provided an honest evaluation of my needs for the size of my ducting and overall layout. He gave me a great price. Adam and Carter did the initial install and then came back to fine tune the sheet metal duct work. They were very helpful to explain the install process and operating instructions. Everyone had a professional and friendly work attitude!

Eric is the best in the business. He is incredible to deal with, efficient, kind, honest, and thorough. He did absolutely beautiful work with our boiler install and we couldn’t be happier. Can’t recommend him high enough.
