We had new roll up doors installed at our business, and had to have multiple calls back to have them adjusted so that they would stay up and not fall down on customers. Jacob finally fixed them, so that they opened and closed easily, but more importantly, did not fall back closed on my customer and employees! Great customer service, and finally fixed our ongoing issue!

Our garage wouldn't close after I tagged it with the car. Called Wayne Dalton Garage service and Sebastian came the same morning, fixed it and serviced to make sure it was all good and it totally runs better than it used to! So thankful! Great customer service, thorough job, and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

I was very satisfied with the whole team. River was great to work with on designing the door and options i wanted. When i called the office, Shannon was helpful and friendly. Brandon and Joey did a great job installing the door. Once the new siding goes up, the door will look even better.

Willy came out to look at our garage door and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything. He quickly identified some major issues with our garage door and explained them in a way that was very easy to understand. What really stood out was how patient and honest he was while walking us through the problem and the solution. You can tell he really knows his craft and takes pride in his work. He fixed the issue quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The entire experience with Wayne Dalton has been amazing from the beginning. Their customer service has been excellent, and having someone like Willy come out made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend both Willy and Wayne Dalton to any of my family or friends. If you get Willy as your technician, you’re in great hands!

Sales rep River was excellent, I’d give him 5 stars if I could only review him. The install was unfortunate, hence the 3 stars. I bought and had 3 doors installed. All 3 had installation issues. No attention to detail. I’ve been in construction over 30 years, one of the worst installs I’ve seen. On the plus side, they were easy to work with to rectify the issues.
