Wangnoo Houseboats, Best, Luxury houseboats in Srinagar, Kashmir - Nigeen Lake

This houseboat is definitely recommended. Interiors is excellent and well maintained. Rooftop view during sunrise is very beautiful. Complementary boat ride was provided in the package. Staff are friendly and accommodative. Rooms are comfortable especially if you are going in groups and booking the entire boathouse. Overall very good experience.

Excellent stay we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast and dinner were great. The verandah off the bedroom was a lovely place to sit and watch the lake. The ensuite needs maintenance as the toilet is leaking onto the floor-the leak is spreading under the floor and into the bedroom. A recommended stay

The view is awesome from the houseboat. There are a lot of sales people around, who can be irritating beyond a point. The food and service in the houseboat is fantastic. The room gets cold at night since they don't have any central heating system. Good place to experience sunrise & sunset.

Overall a good experience but as per me they have to make rooms more comfortable, need more plug points, need more better lights, better bed and bedding, surroundings need to be more clear.

We booked the houseboat and unfortunately ouu flight got cancelled and now they dont reply to the emails about refund when the cancellation policy says its free cancellation before 15 days . I cant believe they can still do this when kashmir want tourists and how can the loose on customer service . They are cheater and not at all a responsible company . Please refrain from booking this company . I will delete my review if they ack and do action and refund my amount , otherwise i have to take next action writing to tourism board of kashmir.
