Patriata Chair Lift & Cable Car is one of the best attractions near Murree. The ride is divided into two parts – first the open chair lift and then the cable car – both offering breathtaking views of the hills, pine forests, and valleys. It feels amazing to be above the treetops, especially in the early morning or after rainfall when the weather is fresh and the scenery looks magical. The overall experience is memorable and worth trying at least once. Families and nature lovers will really enjoy it. A few things to keep in mind: tickets are a bit expensive, queues can be very long on weekends and public holidays, and food stalls on the top are overpriced with limited cleanliness. It’s better to visit on weekdays, carry your own snacks, and check weather conditions in advance. In short: a beautiful and thrilling experience with stunning views,

An amazing experience overall. Worth the money and time. Few Tips : Go on weekdays, the weekends are packed, you'll need more time to reach the spot because of slow traffic movement. I went on Friday and it took me 1 hour to cover a 20min patch. I feel I'm still lucky ! Parking : They have parking plaza but to avoid hassle free safe parking. Choose a restaurant infront of the mian entrance, order food for when you'll return and they will let you park for free and even take care of your car. Tandoori choocha from Murree restaurant (Tandoori chicken) was 10/10 ! Ticket prices are 1500 for adult 500 for kids under 10 and 3000 for foreigners. Pro Tip : ALWAYS BUY executive tickets, there double the normal ticket but worth the price since you don't have to wait in que of 100+ people for your turn on chairlift + cabelcar. (Very time efficient) First it's 15 min chairlift ride (2 person) to spot 1 where you can sit for a while, connect with nature can have chicken pakora, fries, veg pakora, tea , drinks, Chaat , horse ride , coffee etc. (the taste is just 6/10 but that's ok since what else you can expect on such height) You can rest for 30-45min here , than you'll go via cable car (8 person) to the second spot ; where you can have coffee , tea, there is a glamping option by TDCP and a restaurant too. We stayed there for only 10mins. You'll return by cable car to spot 1 and via chair lift to spot 0 (back to where you started) The total cost of the whole trip for 4 people was 15000 including 4 tickets, 2 photographs and snacks and tea. It's worth the money for a one time experience if you live nature ! Be careful while on chairlift since I saw people have dropped their phones, scarfs and even a jacket. Keep them all in a bag pack , nothing in hand until you're settled. Their is little turbulence so be careful with your phone while recording.

I visited this place on a weekday in early October during the off-season, so there was no crowd at all and it was very easy to buy tickets, which cost 1500 per head for a return ticket covering both the chairlift and cable car. It was an amazing experience with fantastic views of the mountains and greenery, and I absolutely loved it. The ride took around 30 minutes to reach the top peak and another 30 minutes to come back. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, but be aware that everything there is quite expensive.

The chairlift and cable car is good to enjoy but the real mess is with the waiting queue. You will have to wait for more then 2 hours in the queue on weekends to take your turn for the chair lift/cable car. We had purchased the executive tickets and didnt had to wait as they skip you from the queue. If want to really enjoy this ride better not to come on weekend but on weekdays instead. The food here is very expensive. People attitude is average. Good luck
