When needed to replace our dying refrigerator I wanted to go somewhere locally owned instead of Home Depot or some other big box store. Walter spent over an hour helping us with all the options and different specs. He pointed out details that not just mattered to the bells and whistles but also the size and fit for our space. This was on a Saturday, we set up delivery for the following Thursday. On Sunday night our old fridge started dying for good, temp went up to 52. Called them on Monday morning hoping to move up our delivery day. Well, the delivery schedule was full, and the fridge we bought wasn’t on site but here is the amazing part. They brought us a LOANER fridge the same day to hold us over so we weren’t without a fridge. Who ever heard of a loaner fridge?? Hallelujah!! They delivered it that afternoon, and they didn’t charge us a thing!! I was so thankful that went to Village appliance instead of some big chain. I am now their customer for life! Or at least as long as I live in their service area.

Had a great experience with Walter and John from the sales team when we decided we wanted to replace our kitchen appliances. We were in and out within an hour and at no point in time did we think someone was playing "salesman." Walter asked us all the right questions and provided all the right answers. The delivery team was prompt, communicative and even with our smaller front door they were white glove with their care and handling of removing our door and the appliances themselves when it came to delivery. Absolutely painless experience. We received our appliances and unfortunately our oven had an issue from the factory. Village and their team were EXTREMELY helpful in ensuring GE made right on their defect and we had everything taken care of under warranty. 12/10 Would recommend!
