Knowledgeable, helpful sales staff and excellent delivery and installation. We were referred to Jeff who was very knowledgeable. Our building requires a COI with strict requirements and Matt Jr. was able to quickly navigate the complications. And the delivery team headed by Louie was impeccable in the installation (new trim kit was involved for a built-in appliance).

I was really nervous to purchase a new washer dryer as I've never bought a major appliance before, but Tony, the sales person I worked with, was amazing and made me feel secure with my purchase. He was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed and my washer dryer was delivered and installed 3 days later! The installation done by Anthony was flawless and I am so happy with my purchase and with my experience with Royal Green.

Beginning to end, service was excellent. Grace, our salesperson, was so helpful and Dan, our installer, was amazing. He suggested a 12 inch riser for our washer and dryer which he made! Thank you for making our experience stress-free

Royal Green's prices are good and service exceptional. Our delivery is not the easiest to make with all the snow on the ground, but RG's guys did it flawlessly. Our salesman, Dan Mazin is always a pleasure to work with.
