Extremely Bad Experience – Avoid if Possible I recently rented a car and had a terrible experience. The car provided was full of faults that became apparent soon after I took it, but when I tried to reach out for support, my calls were ignored. When my friend managed to get through, the company admitted the issues but refused to replace the car, saying there were no alternatives available. They told me to bring the car to Faisal Town for repairs, which would have taken at least a full day or two—and those days would still be counted in my rental, even though I’d already paid in advance. At pickup, I only had a brief chance to inspect the car, so most problems went unnoticed until later. The agreement also mentioned an oil change only if the car was driven over 3,000 km, but I had only driven 1,200 km and was still charged a percentage for the oil change. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this service. If you absolutely have to use them, check the car thoroughly before finalizing anything and make sure all terms are clearly understood and documented.
