We appreciated how quickly they worked us back into their schedule to replace the red oak so that everything matched seamlessly, allowing us to achieve the lighter finish we had envisioned. They were flexible and incredibly accommodating in helping us fine-tune a custom stain color that complemented our space perfectly. Their showroom is beautiful, welcoming, and filled with high-quality samples. Every team member we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
