TruRinse Carpet Cleaning

We had a great experience with TruRinse cleaning our basement carpet and couch. Chance was on time, extremely professional, friendly, and very respectful of our home. He did a great job explaining the process, asked the right questions, and helped us understand things we may have been missing — all without being pushy. The results were better than expected. Stains came out, odors were noticeably improved (even with pet-related issues), and everything looks and feels so much cleaner. There’s still a very minor pet smell on one couch pillow, but overall the improvement was huge. Communication was excellent, pricing was honest, and the care taken throughout the entire visit really stood out. Compared to other carpet cleaners we’ve used in the past, this experience was far better. We would absolutely use TruRinse again and highly recommend them to other families.

We had both Ethans clean our carpets and rug. They were great about communicating their ETA and did a very thorough cleaning. We could see a big difference in our rug when they finished cleaning it. They were also very friendly and accommodating. We’ve had TruRinse clean our carpets a few times now and it has been a positive experience every time.

I am so pleased with the job Vince at TruRinse did on my carpet!! It was nasty in several spots with lots of trails. The worst spots were where my dog lays. (see before and after photos) Vince was kind, skilled, knowledgeable and very hardworking. The truck mounted equipment he used had so much suction it seems because the carpet dryed way faster than any steam cleaning jobs I’ve had. My carpet hasn’t looked this good in a long time. He also deodorized a stinky room and it smells so much better. And best price ever! Thanks Vince!!

Ethan came in today and cleaned our carpet and I should not be this excited to have clean carpets but I am! My mom had the protectant put on her carpets when trurinse cleaned them and they have stayed so clean. Even after tons of foot traffic. I decided I would do the protectant as well and I am so happy I did. I can’t recommend trurinse high enough as exigences by the fact that if you talk to me for five minutes, chances are I have recommended them!
