Had them come out to diagnose my hvac system as it was not blowing cold. Recieved a quote for almost $1200. Said the system needed 3 things 1. New thermostat 2. New heat strips 3. New defrost board. I didn't like that price and started looking into my specific issue and the ultimately fixing the system myself for $25 as all my system needed was a couple of relays.
We have been dealing with cooling issues for months now and have had several people come look at the system with not much change and more frustration. Steven was very kind and got the job done super quick and easy. Very respectful of the space, very pleasant to talk to and interact with. The air is already running drastically better and it’s only the first hour of having it installed. It was also done so fast, i could hardly believe they got everything replaced so quickly. So appreciative of their work and just an overall super pleasant experience.
Steven was very professional and friendly, he worked quickly and efficiently with clear communication.
