I’m extremely disappointed with this HVAC company. Ever since their installation, I’ve had nothing but problems. What should have been a major upgrade to my home has turned into ongoing stress, repeated service calls, and constant issues that were never fully resolved. The system has not performed as promised, and each time I reached out for support, the fixes felt rushed or temporary rather than addressing the real problem. Communication was poor, and I often felt like I was being brushed off instead of taken seriously as a paying customer. For the amount of money spent, I expected reliability and professionalism — neither of which I received. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable HVAC installation. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Their Rep came out the day we called. Crew showed up at 8:00 on the day of appt. They were respectful, professional, and never stopped until all done. They came back and explained the thermostat and how to program. Called a few days later to check that all was good. Even neighbors commented on their work ethics! Nothing but great results!!!

Extremely professional and courteous. The technician was able to explain the issues in terms I could understand. Ill definitely use Diversified Services again.
