I saw so many great reviews...and recently moved here...so I took a chance and came in...my phone was dead ...but I wanted my data retrieved...the service was still on..I had gotten a new phone and cloned my old broken phone....which i didn't want fixed...just wanted everything stored on my cloud...retrieved....I was told it could be done by the Geek squad at Best Buy....I should have gone back there...The Techy people couldn't do it ...and said I could just take the memory card and put it on a memory stick...myself....!!!!.. really??.. why didn't you offer to do it...just took my 40 dollars...and basically said the phone couldn't be a fixed....gee thanks...!!.. I already knew that....it's not even the money....I just needed to reset my pass code..and get my data from the cloud.......I'll go back to the Geek Squad....I wanted to support a local business....didn't care what the cost was after the initial 40 dollars....just wanted my pictures and memories......that didn't transfer

Abby was so sweet and fixed my phone super fast! She told me my phone would take no longer than 30 minutes and did it in 10! Super kind and professional! Would only recommend here to fix your phone

Ordered a replaceable laptop keyboard after some keys stopped working. It turned out my keyboard was actually filthy and Jeffrey cleaned it spotlessly. My original laptop keyboard now works and Gary refunded my credit card after returning the replacement. Also, they have replaced my backcover cellphone screen and changed my screen protector. Excellent customer service and highly recommend them.

Dropped in to have my Fitbit screen repaired and Gary took care of it immediately. He was very welcoming and friendly and I’m grateful he was able to help me right away. Great place and service overall. I definitely recommend it.
