for now the staff response has been very good. there's a slight improvement needed in professionalism & customer dealing. the quality of work on the vehicle seemed satisfactory initially but will post updates, if any, in the future. the technical staff seems to know what they're doing.

Probably the worst service in whole Gujranwala. The staff is super in competent and lazy. They'll keep your car for months for very small repairs like fixing your horn wiring or changing any car parts. They'll argue unnecessarily. Very poor service. No trained staff. We've ordered a car part that comes with our warranty and it's been 8 months with no proper response from their side. I highly recommend going to another car showroom or workshop.
