I can’t say enough good things about Summit Computer in Monmouth! I brought in my HP ZBook 17 Fury G7 with a stripped screw on one of the RAM covers that had me worried, and they handled it with absolute professionalism and care. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but they also upgraded my system with 64GB of RAM, set me up with a laptop cooling pad, and added both a 2TB internal & external SSD and a 2TB internal nVME backup/recovery drive. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and clearly done with expertise. They explained everything in detail, made sure the upgrades were properly installed, and treated my machine like it was their own. Lastly, their pricing was very competitive, especially given the quality of service and hardware upgrades. My ZBook now runs like a dream, cooler and faster than ever, with reliable backup options in place. Summit Computer is the kind of shop you want in your corner—knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to helping customers get the most out of their hardware. I’ll definitely be doing business there again.

I have been in here for a lot of things and they have always been really nice. Went in there today and I asked the dark hair lady if she can copy some papers on to a thumb drive and the first words out of her mouth was have you tried copy cat? Then she asked me if she would need to pull all of the staples out and I said yes if you don’t mind. And then she said that copy cat is the place to go for all of that. So I grabbed my stuff and walked out the door and told her that I will be getting ahold of the owner. She then proceeded to follow me outside and said some words I don’t know what she said. SO I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN. Very RUDE LADY SHE DOSNT BELONG IN CUTOMER SERVICE IF SHE PLANS ON SENDING AWAY CUSTOMERS.

I love this business. They halped me with my cell phone. I had broken the screen and didn't back up the info. They were able recover all my important data. They really saved me. I definitely recommend them. Thank you Summit computer & Tech!

Madison (I hope I spelled her name correctly) saved my entire business today, and I can’t thank her enough! I have a iPad with an irreplaceable app I use for work, and without it, I would have to close my business for a bit while I purchase or design something new. A very small piece of my lightening cable broke off in the charging port this morning, just an hour before I was supposed to start a new project. I immediately drove to Summit, and Madison had my device all fixed up and running in less than 10 minutes, which honestly felt like an eternity at the time:) I was so stressed, I was literally shaking. She was so kind and so professional, I don’t really have the words to describe my experience at Summit. The best I can think to say is she’s amazing! I was updating the computer I packed when we moved here 3 years ago. I needed some information and called what I thought was the Microsoft customer service number. They wanted $149 for my Bit Locker code. I didn't feel comfortable paying up front and hung up. I called Summit and spoke with Ryan. He told me I should never have to pay to get that information. It was a scam and that wasn't the correct phone number. He told me how to get to the correct information. I was so grateful for his honesty!! Summit Computers -you have s customer for life!
