I took a brand new computer to this place to have it cloned with my old one. They had it two full days and said he had problems cloning it, Got the new one back, Lasted two weeks. Completely took a crap. The new computer cost me $1k plus the $200 they charged me . now I'm out $1200'00. They won't call me back which I fully expected since their communication there was bad from the start, So I did have the new one looked at and was told it was from Technical Genius and that there was a migration problem which tech Genius did say he had a problem but assured me everything was fine.

Our computer and phone was infested with horrible malware that our former major brand antivirus software didn't detect. Technical Genius, specifically Phil and Drake, cleaned up the issues. They installed new software that works to protect our devices. They are wonderful people who care about their customers.

Paid them $100 for them to tell me that my computer was un repairable. Brought ot to work, and the IT manager discovered the problem was only a faulty power switch. I strongly suggest going somewhere else. I tried to support a local business, and now that bridge is burned.

Brought my PC into TGS for a diagnosis; it wasn’t turning on. I told them I’ve had cats step on the switch in the past, and that I suspected that’s the problem. They tell us the computer is “toast” and they couldn’t get power to the motherboard days later. $100 down and discouraged, we ask a friend for help. He takes it home and turns it on in 30 seconds. It was the switch. The switch we told them was probably broken.
