You guys ARE THE BEST!! ❤️🎄 Here I am back again 12/25 to resize my rings for my ever changing finger size(arthritis ). I was greeted like family by Laura who assured me this is a common thing. My rings were back on my finger in less than one week. This is a jewelry store that loves to make you happy! Excellent work!
This was my first time visiting, and I had a great experience. The staff were very courteous and professional, and the wait time was minimal. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and had my ring repaired within just a few days. The entire process was smooth and stress-free and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this jewelry store and will definitely return.
I brought a ring my mother left me to be repaired to Pronko’s and just picked it up and it’s absolutely beautiful. The ring looks brand new. I am so happy with their work. Staff is so professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pronko’s.
