I had no experience with watches in any respect. The man working was incredibly professional, helpful, upfront and knowledgeable. A true expert craftsman. The pricing is incredible and the environment is extremely comfortable; easy come easy go. Would 110% recommend this jeweler over any and every jeweler in the area/mall across the street!

I highly recommend Nye Jewelers! They took such incredible care of my engagement ring which is, very precious to me, and an irreplaceable family heirloom. They repaired and cleaned it beautifully and also cleaned and polished my plain wedding band to match. What stood out the most was how kind and knowledgeable they were. They immediately recognized the era my ring was from and explained how the diamonds in it were originally cut compared to modern diamonds. It made me feel like they truly respected the history and sentiment behind it. I couldn’t be happier with their work and the experience overall.
