We have used Sterling craft plumbing for a few toilet issues at our home, And most recently had them install a gas water heater where they had to change, change out and put some new lines and other things to get compliant! This was for our elderly parent when this went out during the cold. They were fast to respond in a very high-quality work.! Nick was fantastic. He gave us good detailed information, taught us what to look for and was willing to look at our water heater while he was there as well. He was knowledgeable and kind. I felt I could trust him. The company was answering phones on MLK day which I wasn’t expecting. We got service the same day we called for help. They will now be our go to plumbers!
