A very FAMOUS building.No doubt trying best for maintaining the leading insurance business in south Punjab under great supervision of great marketing legends personalities from decades. Interior stuff is all good and getting better While outlook of that building is not so attractive. Can we paint it with heart accordingly with the everlasting colors of STATE LIFE?

I am a customer of State Life Insurance for the past 3 years. There are many positive aspects of this company but I also see many negative points. It's a typical institution just like any other govt. institution. You can realize it by just visiting their website. There is an option in Jazz Cash to pay your premium and it did not work whenever I tried it. The majority of state life employees seriously lack professionalism. If you want any help or assistance regarding your policy, it is so difficult to get it. They will send you from one counter to another. Simply put, there is no word like "convenience" in their dictionary. When you enter any state life office, you feel like you are living in the 1980s and it has very unwelcoming vibes, I don't know why. God knows how many times I have registered my account on their website so that I can check my policies status but never succeeded. On the other hand, I find a couple of private organizations that are putting in great work to make the entire process easier for the end user!

Today, on 15th May 2025, at about 1:30 p.m., I visited an office of state life insurance. Here the staff is very, very, very bad. One of the staff's ways of talking was very rudely saying you can't see the electricity is not available. I should have responded to him the same way, but it's not my nature .. I'm writing this comment to take an urgent action on it.... People trust at you if the dealing way will be the same. Your business will go down rapidly. That person seats at the last chair from the door.... working straight down to air conditioner..... I hope you will contact me further..... Disappointed moments.. .. Very bad State Life insurance.... I never recommend you again.
