I bought the charji evo cloud device, they only give you replacement guarantee for 7days,, i had issues with device when i went there, they lodged complaint but still same issue, it stop providing internet at anytime, now its less than 2 weeks, i went again to ptcl office 2nd time, they asked me to send device for repair. you will not get compensation for anything at all. I guess, ptcl should understand that all around the world, companies make money from services not for only selling products. Better not to buy this device, if you don't want to waste money.

Poor Services hidden charges. Disinformation, Humiliating policies for customers. Never ever recommend their smart tv device as they will tell you it will cost you 300 only but they charge 800 for this service with 500 installation fee and install on spot by sending workers at your place. But when you go for termination of services, they will make you come to their office for at least 2 times for humiliation, 1st they will be filing a complaint on your behalf and then will recall you for paperwork and to submit the device. Why all of this fuss and paperwork when they can terminate the services the same way they send their workers for installation. They also cut the charges for the work which they never do. Very Disappointed from ptcl. This is the reason they have so much defaulters. Their staff is also non cooperating and seems like they own you and your house.
