Services are good Workers are really well mannered Food quality overall good but it can be improved more

Had a lovely stay at Hotel One Multan and was treated exceptionally well at the residence ... basic but clean room with complete functionality. Had a good breakfast and the customer service by Muhammad Fayyaz and Arshad saab was excellent ... they went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable !! See you guys again IA !

Been staying at Hotel One Multan for the past couple of weeks and I’ve got to say, the breakfast has been a real standout. The food’s consistently good, fresh, tasty, and just the right kind of comfort to kickstart the day. What really makes the experience though is the staff. A big shoutout to Zohaib, Fayyaz, Tariq, Arshad and Waqas. They’ve been absolutely brilliant throughout super friendly, attentive and always making sure we’re looked after. The whole vibe at breakfast has been warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the guests. Massive thanks to the kitchen and the whole breakfast team. You’ve made our stay that much better. Appreciate it!

Everything is old and squeaky. Fan had a very loud noise unlike the normal fan sound. Similar also has some loud bearing sound. WC shower was leaking. Bathing shower switch for switching to shower or tap didn’t work. Room service never checked if room had tissues or other daily stuff, Despite cleaning daily.

Thank you so much for everything. Breakfast is always fresh and hospitality is marvelous. Mr. Tariq (Chef) is a great and his team also. I wish them all the best. Dinner needs improvement. Thanks
