From start to finish, Mark was incredibly professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and hard-working — but what truly set him apart was how kind, warm, and genuinely friendly he is. It honestly felt like having a longtime friend over for coffee while he worked on our fireplace. He went above and beyond, thoroughly cleaning out years of built-up debris (including part of a dead squirrel 🤢), and was extremely meticulous in making sure everything was spotless, properly set up, and fully functional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. On top of that, Mark checked our smoke detectors and noticed they were expired by many years — something we deeply appreciated, especially with a baby on the way. Craig and Johnathon were extraordinary in the installation of my fireplace insert. It was brutally cold and never once did they complain. They made sure I knew how to operate the woodstove safely.
