had a great experience with this chimney and air-duct company. Ben was the tech who came out, and he was excellent. He showed up on time, walked me through everything he was checking, and explained what was actually necessary and what wasn't. He did a full inspection, pointed out a few things never would have noticed on my own, and made sure understood the options before doing anything. No pressure, no upselling just honest information and solid work. My fireplace is working smoothly now, and feel a lot safer using it. I really appreciate the professionalism. definitely call them again in the future.

Thank you very much for bringing my chimney up to North Carolina code. Ben was extremely patient with me, explained everything that needed to be done, and what we can take care of later on. This is my favorite chimney company from now on.
