Excellent service - was able to get an appointment within a few days of my call and he fixed our problem while on site. He had the part in his truck so no delay for ordering. Very reasonable price. Friendly and courteous. We will use them again for appliance repair.

How wonderful it is when you get the service you need when you need it. Our Miele dishwasher had a small hickup and stopped working after just one year. We called Smart Tech, they got the part it needed and sent Dave to fix it. He is very personable and knowleadgeable. He checked the dishwasher and fixed the problem. Now the machine purrs again like a kitten and we are extra happy. Now that's a good day! Thank you so much Dave!

Outstanding service! There was clear communication across the board. Extremely professional and friendly. Chris made sure my dryer was up and running optimally. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be going back to them for my tech/appliance repairs.

I wish I would have believed the other one star reviews — they lied to our home warranty too. The technician, Tony, came out three times, and we still do not have a working oven. This last time he came out and said that the oven needed to have the cooling fan calibrated but he never called back to return and repair this. I called to find out what is happening, and he apparently reported that nothing needed to be fixed with the oven, which is not what he told us when he was here. The oven varied by more than 100 degrees. Tony also cursed in front of my kids when he dropped a call and was frustrated by that— obviously my kids were made super uncomfortable by this. Since we already paid the initial fee we are stuck working with them, and still don’t have a well-working oven. What a nightmare.

LG referred me to smart tech for my LG refrigerator. Dave came to my house and figured out what was wrong and luckily he had a compressor on the van. A couple of hours later it was up and running again. It’s been a few days and still going good.Dave did a great job, he let us know what he was doing , while working on the refrigerator.Thank you Dave! Highly recommended smart tech!!!
