I had a wonderful experience with this pet boarding. The staff truly loves animals and it shows in the way they care for each pet. The place is clean, spacious, and well-managed. My cat was comfortable, playful, and well-fed throughout her stay. I took a stray cat to Round Lake Animal Hospital, and my experience was excellent. Dr. Yasir examined the kitten, made the diagnosis, and provided treatment with great kindness and empathy. He was very patient, took time to listen to all my questions and concerns, and addressed them thoroughly. When I shared my financial constraints, he was very understanding and created a treatment plan that was affordable while still giving the kitten the best possible chance. The staff were also wonderful, kind, welcoming, and helpful at the reception. Overall, I had a very positive experience and truly appreciate the care provided.

I took my healthy puppy to round lake for boarding and he caught parvo virus there. Within days, he was critically ill and died. They never warned me of any risks or took responsibility. I trusted them with his life, and they failed him completely. My mom’s dog also caught canine distemper virus from there and he also died there. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET . I had a very good experience with Round Alake Animal Hospital. My dog got parvo and it was a scary situation. I called their ambulance service and they reached quickly, which was a big relief. At the hospital, the staff treated my dog with care and explained everything clearly. The place was clean and the doctors were very supportive. My dog started to recover and I felt confident leaving him in their care. I really appreciate the quick response and the way they handled such a serious case. Highly recommend them.
