First they have my lawn mower for 3 weeks, then loose part of my mower, that can't be replaced. I was told on Thursday I would have it back by Friday....Monday I stop in to find out they lost the air filter cover. Never contacted me regarding this issue. Paid $300 + $30 for pick up and delivery.. I only live 3 blocks away. I would give 0 stars if possible... If I get my mower back, I'm never going back there.

If I could give -5 stars I would. They have had my lawn mower 3 times all for the same issue. They want to charge me more each time, I think I’m up to $500 on a mower that still does not run properly. DO NOT USE This business.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before dropping off two of my nailers for small repairs. I paid 40 to drop them off and then was billed 160 for the repair work (without checking in with me before proceeding with the repair). The tools themselves cost $120 each brand new. Then, when I went to pick them up during business hours, the doors were locked and the lights were off, but I could see someone walking around inside. Not a good look and not good service

Terrible service! I would not recommend them if you want good customer service and a timely repair. They had our rider for over a month and after a run around on what was needed to repair it and charging me $$$$ they brought it back in the same condition I gave it to them. They said it needed a new engine and would check on one and give me an estimate. I had to call several times to get a response and then a week later they came back with a higher estimate saying they quoted the wrong price. It’s not the same Reeds it was years ago.
